How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for 10+ years.  We are proud to have worked with many marquee customers in Bay Area and beyond since our inception. In addition to customers in many states in the US, we have also worked with many international customers. In addition to corporate customers our public sector group works with many city and county governments.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

You can sign up for free trial without a credit card. During trial period you can use all the features enabled for your plan.

Is there a file size limit?

Standard plans have a limit of 2GB while higher plans have limit of 1TB. Although we do not have technical limitation is supporting larger file sizes, as a practical matter, downloading or uploading an extremely large file could take a really long time based on your and our bandwidth. We highly recommend uploading files that are manageable in size. If your business frequently requires handling large files that are larger than 20GB each, please contact us so that we can assist in configuring your account to handle large files. It is extremely rare so see customers working with large files. Most files our customers work with are below 100MB.

What security precautions do you take?

We only allow https access to the service. All communication from your browser to our cloud is encrypted using SSL/TLS. After files are uploaded to our cloud they are stored at rest encrypted using AES 256.

Our servers are deployed in locked cages in SSAE16 compliant datacenter. Only authorized personnel have physical access to the servers. Access to various areas of the datacenter is restricted via fingerprint. In addition datacenter has surveillance cameras for monitoring access.

Can any user in my account see all documents?

Access to documents is controlled via permissions. You can control access at folder level or even restrict access down to an individual file level. You can complete lock out users from sensitive areas like Accounting and HR while allowing them access to content within their departments. In additional to managing access, you can also decide on which users can share the content, which users can download files, etc. Our robust permissions model allows you can control access to documents and actions allowed on documents visible to users.
