The inquiry process was easy, clear, quick and responsive through their online contact process, and I did have one call with a representative.  Their pricing was fair. The digitizing process of my book, which was several hundred pages, was very quick, being done the same week in which they received it.  Turnaround shipping was also quick and reliable, just as promised.  And the book came back in pristine condition.  Communication was excellent throughout.
